About MySikaGold
MySikaGold Ltd is a Ghanaian wealthtech company incorporated under the Companies Act 2019 (Act 992). We are developing a regulated Collective Investment Scheme platform serving domestic retail investors in Ghana and international diaspora investors worldwide, operating across mobile, USSD, and web channels.
We are seeking an experienced technology development firm to design, build, test, and deploy the full platform infrastructure ahead of commercial launch. This is a fixed-scope, phased engagement on a work-for-hire basis with full intellectual property transfer to MySikaGold Ltd.

Procurement Process

1Expression of Interest — Download and review the Invitation to Express Interest document. Submit your expression of interest to procurement@mysikagold.com.gh (CC: admin@mysikagold.com.gh).

2Non-Disclosure Agreement — Firms that express interest will be issued a Non-Disclosure, Non-Compete and Non-Circumvention Agreement for execution before any technical specifications are shared.

3Pre-Qualification Questionnaire — Following NDA execution, shortlisted firms will receive a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (8 technical capability questions). Responses are evaluated for specificity and credibility.

4Request for Proposals — Shortlisted firms will receive the full Request for Proposals with complete technical specifications, with complete technical specifications across all platform components.
Process Timeline
This invitation is open. There is no fixed closing date. MySikaGold Ltd will close the process when sufficient expressions of interest have been received and will notify all registered respondents in writing before doing so. Firms are encouraged to submit their expression of interest without delay.
